ATTENTION Football/ Cheer/ Band

Due to a referee shortage, we were unable to find enough refs for next Fridays District Football game versus Robert Lee.
 After working with Coach McCown from Robert Lee, Bradley Petty from Arbiter (the referee organization), our coaches and admin, a decision was made on how we could best move forward with the football game.
 OFFICIALLY, we will play BOTH JH and HS football games IN ROBERT LEE next THURSDAY (10/8). ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS (JH & HS) will travel in one bus to the game and should depart at the last bell @ 335pm... (this will feel very similar to the Leakey game when we all traveled together).
 JH will kick off at 530pm & HS is scheduled to follow at 730pm.
 After the Junior High game is over, parents, if you want to sign your kids out and go ahead and take them home, PLEASE, make sure you speak with a coach and they're officially released/signed out before taking them away from the football field.
 I’m not sure exactly how this would effect pep rally scheduling, band, cheer, etc. but that’s why I wanted to inform you all as quickly as possible, now that it’s been made official.

 Any scheduling changes or transportation adjustments to cheer, band, or others will come from their respective coaches and sponsors.
