A Transcript Request Form (Student Records Release) must be completed and a photo identification card, such as a Driver’s License, must be presented.  By law, educational records rights transfer to the student when he/she reaches the age of 18 and is no longer a dependent of his/her parents/guardians. At this point, only the student may request and obtain his/her school records. If the student is under the age of 18 a parent/legal guardian must complete this request.

Official Transcripts will be mailed via U.S. Mail or sent through TREx. No transcripts will be e-mailed or faxed.
